Wholly intersections is so named because of my commitment to transgress compartmentalized disciplinary, cultural and theological allegiances in order to create more "whole" spaces (intersections) in which to explore American religion, culture and faith communities for the development of tomorrow's leaders. I have 10+ years of experience teaching undergraduate religious studies (at Temple University and Messiah College) and general education courses, 4 years teaching 10-12th grade Humanities and Religion courses at a private Christian school and 9 semi-overlapping years of experience in wholistic student development with teens and young adults, mostly in the context of higher education, but also in church and non-profit sectors. I hope to have a book published in the neext couple years. Here you will find such oddities as sociological commentary on congregational ministry and theological commentary on pop-culture as well as multi-faith religious history, book reviews, ethnography and current events.
